The BC Greens have generic and BC Green specific supplies that Regional Associations and volunteers can use at their events. Supplies are kept at either the Victoria Storage Unit or at the BC Greens office space in theDock.

Protocols for accessing supplies

• Leave the locker and event/booth kits as you found them, and let the Field Team (organize@bcgreens.ca) know when supplies are getting low or gone.
• Do not leave any filled out volunteer sign-ups, petitions, or any other data in the Unit or Event/Booth Kits. All data should go to the Victoria RA's Data & Privacy Officer/Secretary.
• All supplies that are borrowed or taken need to be tracked. Please email the Field Team to update them on any items removed from Storage.

• If you need the codes or find anything missing from the supplies, please email the Field Team.
• Take a photo or send the Field Team a list of all items removed from the storage so they can keep an ongoing inventory
• Return all items in a timely manner!

The Victoria storage unit is open 7 days a week from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm (closed on all stat holidays).

Accessing the storage unit

The Victoria storage unit can be accessed by members of Regional Associations or by Volunteers without help from BC Green staff.

1. The entrance to our locker is behind the second door to the left.
2. After opening the door, a hallway turns to the right.
3. Locate the locker numbered 711. The locker is after the corner on the left hand side.
4. Instructions on how to unlock this lock is provided by emailing the Field Team.

Storage unit door code

Instructions on how to unlock the storage unit door is provided by the Field Team. For these instructions, contact the field team via email.

theDock office

The BC Greens have an office space at theDock in downtown Victoria where some supplies are stored.

Accessing theDock

theDock, can only be accessed by arranging a pick-up with Staff. To arrange a pickup, email the Field Team at organize@bcgreens.ca at least one week before you want to pick up the supplies.
