Events are a good way to connect with the community, find new volunteers, engage supporters, and share what work the Victoria RRA has been up to. Party staff at the BC Greens organizes larger events throughout the year such as Fundraisers, Pride, and Party AGMs, however the Victoria RRA is in a good position to organise smaller, more localised events. These smaller events can be a good way to accomplish some of the deliverables outlined in the [[Victoria Regional Riding Association Agreement 2026|Victoria Regional Riding Association Agreement]].

The [[Victoria Regional Riding Association]] executive board meets once per month. To strike a balance between focused meetings with simple logistics, and meetings that are open to all, monthly meetings alternate between a smaller meeting with just the Victoria RRA Executive Board, and a larger meeting where the executive board and all interested volunteers.

The current [https://bcgreens.ca/policy-book/ BC Greens policy book] was published in 2021 with amendments in 2023. The BC Greens are currently working on a new policy book which is expected to be released in 2026. The Victoria Regional Riding Association is not responsible for creating policies, however the BC Greens Policies are documented on this page.
